Childéric holds a Master's degree in Business Law and Taxation (DJCE) from the Université Jean-Moulin Lyon III.

After corporate law experiences in French law firms, he obtained his lawyer’s certificate and was sworn in as a lawyer in 2019.

He joined Bunch in April 2024, after practising for more than 4 years in the business litigation department of Viajuris law firm in Lyon.

Childéric assists companies, directors and partners in resolving their commercial disputes, disputes between partners, unfair competition and parasitic litigation and equity litigation (mergers, share transfers, asset and liability guarantees, etc.).

He has also developed expertise in commercial agent contracts.

Childéric has taught at the Université Catholique de Lyon (UCLy) and the Université Jean-Moulin Lyon III.
