Her work crisscrosses the multiple activities and legal paths of these two areas of business, giving her an unrivalled global experience in these fields of legal practice:

  • negotiation of international and French contracts covering: fixed and mobile interconnections, Indefeasible Rights of Use, access to civil engineering works, undersea cables, hosting, wholesale services and contracts with OTT (Over The Top) suppliers, B2C agreements (FttH offers, purchase agreements), construction of civil engineering installations under FIDIC terms, sub-contracting, electrical supply, maintenance of air-conditioning systems, etc.

  • sectoral regulation: market analysis, dispute resolution and sanction procedures, implementation of regulatory changes, advice to regulators, notably in Africa

  • competition law: antitrust claims and proceedings before the French Competition Authority, EU Commission investigations, merger notifications, audits and compliance programs, follow-on damages claims in private enforcement proceedings (damage claim following an antitrust decision);

  • commercial disputes, from the pre-contentious phase to enforcement of judgement: damages termination of business relations without sufficient notice, value-added service fraud, debt recovery, enticement of employees, breach of contract…
