Marie leads the corporate law team at Bunch Avocats.

Admitted to practice as an Avocat à la Cour in Paris in 2015, Marie holds a diploma in Business law (the prestigious ‘DJCE’) from the University of Nancy, Lorraine, where she obtained a top grade.

Also coming out first in the Paris Bar School entrance exam, Marie started her professional career with well-known Paris business law firms: Bredit Prat, Michel Laval and Solferino, where she developed a specialty in business and corporate law.

Her interest in negotiation and dispute resolution led her to undertake training as a mediator with the Lyon Mediation and Arbitration Centre (‘CIMA’). She is also a member of the Compliance and Ethics commission of the Lyon Bar; and the national Avocats Business law Association (‘ACE’).

Investie dans sa profession, Marie est membre de la Commission Compliance et Ethique des affaires de l’Ordre des avocats du Barreau de Lyon et de l’association des Avocats Conseils d’Entreprises.

She works in French and English.

Finally, Marie regularly publishes articles in legal journals on corporate law and runs training courses for business managers, accountants and legal practitioners.
