Co-founder of Boréal, Victoire works alongside company directors and their HR departments.

She then joined France's largest employment law firm, FROMONT BRIENS, where she acquired solid experience in that special law.
These combined backgrounds give her an informed view of the difficulties encountered by companies and their CEO in criminal and employment law.
Victoire's practice is exclusively dedicated to litigation, defending companies and their managers, and assisting them in :
- risk prevention (audits, delegation of authority, etc.)
- during police/work inspectorate investigations, at the time of hearings and police custody,
- before labor tribunals and criminal courts throughout France.
She works in French and English.
