Co-founder of Cabinet Boréal, Karen worked as a legal consultant for 10 years within an international group specializing in human resources.

On the strength of this experience, she decided in 2013 to join the lawyer's profession in order to support companies and groups in their HR and strategic development. 

Karen advises HR functions and managers of medium-sized companies and international Groups on cross-functional projects, as well as on employment with unions and individual relations issues.

Risk management and pragmatism are the guiding principles behind Karen's employment law practice.

She works in both French and English, and has been a teacher at IAE Lyon 3 for many years, teaching Master II HR and Master II Business and Tax Law - DJCE.
